Our manufacturing starts from that technical documentation. The head type, dimensions, material, thickness, tolerances and any additional requirements are determined by the project specifications.
Depending on the vessel or equipment design, we can assess different geometries within our manufacturing range.

Each head is assessed individually from the drawings and specifications provided by the customer.

We do not establish generic service conditions for the cryogenics industry: manufacturing follows the specific technical requirements defined for each project.

Finishing and preparation when included in the specification
When a project requires surface finishing operations on stainless steel, we can complement manufacturing with in-house polishing resources.
We have the capability for sanitary and mirror polishing, as well as for controlling Ra surface roughness using a MITUTOYO roughness tester when specified.
We have 3 automatic polishing machines for heads and shells, capable of handling components up to 6,000 mm in diameter.
We can also prepare and bevel edges according to the construction requirements indicated in the drawing.
