Its geometry combines a dished central area with transition radii towards the edge, resulting in a specific configuration that must be maintained during manufacturing.

Head finishing and preparation
When required by the project, we can complement manufacturing with edge preparation and bevelling, facilitating subsequent integration of the head into the shell or welded assembly.
For stainless steel heads requiring a specific surface finish, we also have in-house resources for sanitary and mirror polishing, as well as Ra roughness control using a MITUTOYO roughness tester.
We have 3 automatic polishing machines for heads and shells, capable of handling components up to 6,000 mm in diameter.
