2. Data we receive
The contact form collects your name, email address, enquiry and, if you provide them, company and telephone number. Quote requests include contact and company details, country, part specifications, comments and any technical documents you choose to attach.
Enquiries are recorded in a business management system together with their language, source, date and follow-up. Technical data needed to maintain sessions, limit abusive submissions and protect the service is also processed.
Submitting a form also records your confirmation that you have read the privacy policy and accepted the legal notice, together with the date, language and version of the documents displayed.
Only provide information needed for your enquiry and avoid including sensitive data or information about others without authority. Mandatory fields enable us to handle your request; we may be unable to process it if they are missing.
