Korbbogen heads with finishes and prepared edges
When required by the project, we can prepare and bevel the edges of the head to facilitate its subsequent integration into the shell or welded assembly.
For stainless steel heads requiring a specific surface finish, we also have in-house resources for sanitary and mirror polishing, as well as Ra roughness control using a MITUTOYO roughness tester.
We have 3 automatic polishing machines for heads and shells, capable of handling components up to 6,000 mm in diameter.
