Each head is manufactured from the technical documentation and construction requirements defined by the equipment manufacturer.
Depending on the project, we can assess:
- Head type and geometry.
- Diameter and thickness.

- Tolerances.
- Edge preparation and bevelling.
- Surface finish requirements, where necessary.
This approach enables us to deliver a component prepared for subsequent integration into the assembly manufactured by the customer.
We can also work under non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) when drawings or technical documentation require specific protection.
Finishing and component preparation when required by the project
When the technical specifications require it, we can complement manufacturing with surface finishing operations on stainless steel.
We have in-house resources for sanitary and mirror polishing, as well as for controlling Ra roughness using a MITUTOYO roughness tester.
We also have 3 automatic polishing machines for heads and shells, capable of handling components up to 6,000 mm in diameter.
We can also prepare and bevel edges according to the drawing.
